Norm Morin - Founder and CEO

Norm entered the computer industry in the early 1980s as a technician. He moved into software early in his career and wrote software until he founded NKC Systems. His combination of hardware and software background allows him to troubleshoot hardware as well as software problems.

Norm has worked at most of the past major computer/high tech companies in the Merrimack valley including Wang Labs, Digital Equipment Corp, Cabletron, UB Networks, Bay Networks, Lucent, Cisco, Intel, and Quantum Bridge Communications.

Norm also holds the following degrees:

*Associates Degree in Computer Test and Maintenance Technology from Mass Bay Community College

*Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Franklin Pierce College.

Hiep Lam - Lab Manager

Hiep holds an Associates degree from Northeastern University. He has worked as an engineer and technician at Bay Networks, Nortel Networks, and a few startups in the region before joining NKC Systems.

Hiep's engineering and technical expertese have contributed to the success of NKC Systems.

Ellen Morin - Director of Human Resouces & Accounting Manager

Ellen spent several years working  in Human Resources at Wang Labs and is currently responsible for the Human Resource department at NKC Systems Inc.  Ellen is also the Accounting Manager.



 

Patricia Lage - Director of Software Development

Pat graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.  Prior to joining NKC Systems Inc., she has worked as a Software and Diagnostic Engineer for the major computer companies in the Greater Lowell and Greater Nashua areas including Wang Labs, Calcomp, Lockheed Martin Electronics Company, Benchmark Electronics, and Mercury Computer Systems.  Pat has a varied background of software development skills ranging from diagnostic and test packages to database applications and website development. She also has hardware experience building and debugging boards and systems for product engineering as well as providing test engineering support for customers including EMC, IBM, Lucent, Haemonetics, Brooktrout Technology and Polaroid.
